The supposed epitome of the Earth female, created to subdue the ultimate galactic alpha male, was always frumpy, homely, and/or bitchy. it makes his flying and laser eyes a more believable part of the plot, than him lusting over dumpy chicks. I've never understood it

despite my efforts to stick to movies that carry blockbuster citations, hence my choice of references, GD has pushed obscurity to the forefront (no surprises there), but now everything is on the table. Any iteration of Lois Lane, Comic book art, Podcast voice, the local community collage Superman play, even your kid's drawing of Superman that has Lois Lane falling off a building can be scrutinized for her being hot or not.

In before these guys start referencing a transitioning "Louis" Lane character as being hot from a graphic novel they read
