Most type II produce too much insulin. Much more than non diabetics. Cells just stop responding. They dub it insulin resistance. Best way to makes normal again would be fasting. That would actually force to stop making too much insulin. Try a 3 to 5 day fast. No food no caloric beverages. Just water.
I'm assuming your not type I disregard if you are type I (then you actually don't make any insulin.) |

Wonka Chocolate Donuts candy.
I got a box when they first hit the shelves around 2005ish I think, they gave me the shits but they were awesome. Discontinued like a month later. Green (lemon-lime) powerade zero. It was by far the best selling flavor in my AO and they discontinued it! I asked why and they never responded.

Original imported Bermudan Ginger Beer. Early ‘90’s they changed the stuff imported to the US to a weaker formulation- the stuff originally was strong enough to really tingle the insides of your mouth, the reformulated stuff just barely registers above ginger ale. I miss it and would welcome it back...
