When I was 17 I went to a strip club in Memphis. You have to be 21 to get in by law but in practice you only have to show an ID at the door, they didn’t care.

People actually go to strip clubs?
 I went to one once in Indianapolis with some friends from work that said " it is a great place." We had to pay a $3 cover charge to enter and bottled beers were $5. It had 2 stages with one pole each but only one girl ever on stage at one time. It maybe had 5 girls in rotation. When they were not dancing they were working the crowd for lap dances. I once went to one here in Pattaya with some friends. No cover charge. Bottled beers were $3 One stage about 40 foot long with 12 poles and 18 girls at one time on stage. Some topless, some also bottomless. Every song change and 3 girls exit the stage to the right, and all girls move down to the right while 3 new girls enter the left side of the stage. This go go bar had 70 girls working from 8 PM until 3AM. After about 8 songs all girls leave the stage and a special group of girls take the stage. Each girl has a number on their armband so you can tell the waitress if you want to buy any of them a drink. They didn't "work the crowd" for lap dances or tips. If you didn't like it here, just walk outside the door and walk 30 feet left, right, or across the street and there is another go go just like it. That being said I never visit these places as I just don't enjoy the "meat market" atmosphere and I have a live in lady friend.  |
