Hey Ralph. I heard a story from my dad the other day. One of my great uncles apparently flew in b-24s. It was shoot down, broke in half on the way down, and only 2 guys survived, they were on opposing far ends of the plane. One was my great uncle. That’s most all he could recall about this. Have you heard of such before?

There ones who made it home were very lucky. Three out of the original ten man crew my grandfather shipped out with came home. |
