I had a toy M9 that the slide cycled when you pulled the trigger and if you pulled the slide back it would make cocking sounds. I also had a matching AR-10. Both were desert camo.

A friend of mine had this exact same gun.  I thought it was the coolest since my parents wouldnt let me have toy guns.

How many of you guys bought a Tec-9 just because you loved your cap-gun version when you were a kid?

When I was little, my parents took me on a trip to California, including a visit to Tijuana.  There, I found a cap gun revolver which was like most typical ones you see, except the barrel was actually hollowed out, and the cylinder included spaces for little plastic or rubber bullets that came with the toy.

You would load the plastic pellets in the cylinder, then put a circle cap on behind them, and it would use the caps to fire the pellets at a legitimately painful velocity.

That, was an interesting toy.
