You done fucked that shit up.
Those wire stocks suck dick when you go out and practice a bunch with buck/slugs. I would have went with a good modern finish (in gray or black) over the park, or left the park alone, and kept everything else as is. Your gun though, enjoy. |

It was a nice looking 870 until you messed with it, that "finish" scheme is hideous and folding stocks on shotguns are more novelty than practicality. Tough crowd.  Good on you for buying a great shotgun, and at great price. But, since you did ask for our opinion... That paint job looks bad to me. But, that's my opinion. If you like, nothing else matters.

I'd wrap the metal in paracord so the steel doesn't dig into your face, I'd never buy a stock like that again. |
