I just received my Troy XM177E2. Nice rifle. Troy went above and beyond on this replica. I don't see much to argue with whereas being correct to 1967 goes. The film treatment on the upper and lower is EXACTLY how the military required it. I like the gray and the way it looks. The aluminum stock is a nice touch. I also appreciate Troy's donation to the facilities of POW's with every rifle sold. My father was a POW. I may need to get the GAU version as well.....
I still want the Colt replica version, which I may get if and when they are readily available, but for now the Troy is a damn nice rife. |
