Quote History Quoted:
You actually think campaign rhetoric Trump spouted in 2015, before Trump really came to know Ben Carson, is relevant? That is really a foolish take. One would think you are able to recognize if that were actually the relevant Trump opinion today, Ben Carson would NEVER be on that short list.
The thing about is parrots, is they repeat just about anyone they want. Try offering novel assessment that is actually your own thoughts instead of trills, whistles, and squawks. Picking a woman isn't going to make all the women suddenly support him, and the same goes for blacks. I think all of those old conventional electoral truisms are gone for this particular race. People who claim to still be undecided now are likely gonna vote for the dem anyway. The plan should be to get out the vote and harvest the ballots, not change anybody's mind. A good show of energy will energize voters to get out and vote for a change. Not mutually exclusive. Donalds is that guy. Carson is too low energy. You think a person can become a world-renowned neurosurgeon while being "too low energy". This is funny. This isn't brain surgery, it's politics. It's fair that you are naive as to what takes in place in climbing the ranks in academic medicine, much less at a place the level of prestige that is Johns Hopkins. I can assure you his auspicious career was a game of politics every day. His time actually spent in operating rooms saving lives was a relatively small fraction how he spent the average day. So every brain surgeon who has climbed the "ranks in academic medicine" is qualified to be an effective politician? And I'm the one who is naive? lol If you don't believe that Carson is "too low energy" to be Trump's VP, why not ask Trump? TRUMP: “Ben Carson is a very low energy person, actually, I think Ben Carson is even lower energy than Jeb, if you want to know the truth..."Ouch. Nobody is entertaining false dichotomy that every neurosurgeon is qualified to be an effective politician. If you think Ben Carson doesn't have what it takes to be an effective politician, that is fair. But saying it's because he is "low energy" is simply ridiculous and laughable. Fact is that "Low energy persons" don't make it through 7 grueling years of a Neurosurgery Residency working 110-120 hours a week, which is very likely what he had to endure at the time he trained and no work hour restrictions existed. In spite of the soft-spoken demeanor, the man is more "high energy" than anyone else on that list. Trump says that he is too “low energy”… TRUMP: “Ben Carson is a very low energy person, actually, I think Ben Carson is even lower energy than Jeb, if you want to know the truth..."Can you guess who is in charge of determining who is "high energy" enough to be VP? According to you, his assessment “ridiculous and laughable.” So that makes you Trump's parrot? Quoted:
Carson is too low energy. I am aware of the reality of the situation. Trump chooses HIS VP based upon HIS metrics. His opinion matters. Regardless, Carson IS very low energy. It is glaringly obvious. Apart from Trump saying it, what is the basis that you feel Carson to be low energy? Give specific examples of what Carson does that is consistent with having low energy? Being "soft-spoken, polite" does not count. Maybe you are upset Carson didn't go along with the accepted Covid & Vaccine narratives? Not saying he is, but his medical and scientific background might actually make him clear cut the best choice candidate on that list given recent history. What in the world are you babbling about? Watch him and his mannerisms. You remind me of the Democrats who insist that you ignore what your eyes and ears tell you, and that behind the scenes, Biden is sharp as a tack and full of energy. Sleepy Doctor Ironic being now you are "parroting" Jimmy Fallon and Democrat leftists from 9 years ago. Make up your mind. Am I parroting Trump or Jimmy Fallon? You might not be aware of this, but Trump’s opinion is relevant when it comes to assessing Trump’s decision. You actually believe that everyone on the “official list” is being seriously considered or that there aren't others being considered that didn’t make “The List”? . That’s naive. He has already made his pick. The “short list” is public information to make you like Trump. Like his list of SCOTUS choices. Were his actual picks all on the list? Nope. You fall for propaganda far too easily.
