I can assure you his auspicious career was a game of politics every day. His time actually spent in operating rooms saving lives was a relatively small fraction how he spent the average day. So every brain surgeon who has climbed the "ranks in academic medicine" is qualified to be an effective politician? And I'm the one who is naive? lol If you don't believe that Carson is "too low energy" to be Trump's VP, why not ask Trump? TRUMP: “Ben Carson is a very low energy person, actually, I think Ben Carson is even lower energy than Jeb, if you want to know the truth..." Ouch. Nobody is entertaining false dichotomy that every neurosurgeon is qualified to be an effective politician. If you think Ben Carson doesn't have what it takes to be an effective politician, that is fair. But saying it's because he is "low energy" is simply ridiculous and laughable. Fact is that "Low energy persons" don't make it through 7 grueling years of a Neurosurgery Residency working 110-120 hours a week, which is very likely what he had to endure at the time he trained and no work hour restrictions existed. In spite of the soft-spoken demeanor, the man is more "high energy" than anyone else on that list. Trump says that he is too “low energy”… TRUMP: “Ben Carson is a very low energy person, actually, I think Ben Carson is even lower energy than Jeb, if you want to know the truth..." Can you guess who is in charge of determining who is "high energy" enough to be VP? According to you, his assessment “ridiculous and laughable.” So that makes you Trump's parrot? It is glaringly obvious. Apart from Trump saying it, what is the basis that you feel Carson to be low energy? Give specific examples of what Carson does that is consistent with having low energy? Being "soft-spoken, polite" does not count. Maybe you are upset Carson didn't go along with the accepted Covid & Vaccine narratives? Not saying he is, but his medical and scientific background might actually make him clear cut the best choice candidate on that list given recent history. What in the world are you babbling about? Watch him and his mannerisms. You remind me of the Democrats who insist that you ignore what your eyes and ears tell you, and that behind the scenes, Biden is sharp as a tack and full of energy.
