Quoted: I let out an "oh my god!" That made my wife & son come running to see what happened. They like the highlights, but aren't interested in watching a whole card. Normally they don't even come watch a highlight unless I tell them they should, so I guess the tone of my voice expressed that pretty clearly View Quote |

It was instant almost everyone's head turned from the TV when that happened. Hall (who I've always thought was a douche) comments after were appropriate and pretty classy. I'd hate to see that be the end for Weidman, but I'm guessing it's pretty likely. Excellent card overall, and it was cool just seeing a pretty full house again and people getting to be "normal". Now we'll have to wait for the libs to say this was some super spreader. |

Quoted: No he couldn't, he's not on that level. I think Colby can actually hurt Usman if they go at it again. I think Colby can actually hurt Usman if they go at it again. I kind of agree with ydididothis. Masvidal did well on the ground when Usman took him down - I thought he actually did more damage to Usman than vise versa. Masvidal was clowning around too much because he thought his standup was so much better than Usman's. You could see it was going to be problematic when he started eating straight rights. Masvidal was trying to do the the clown counter game just like Silva, and just like Silva, got slept doing it. |

He's always been respectful to his opponents and never been a trash talker. IMO he's an awkward dude and I can see how he could come off douchey at times. Last night in his post fight speech was the best he's ever sounded IMO. I could finally root for the guy & listen to him without any cringe, lol. |

It was extremely satisfying seeing Rose put the chicoms back in their place. The Weidman kick was crazy. Sort of reminds me of when I was being recruited for the gators and they made us play something they called gatorball, which was basically "two hand touch" football w/ forward passes allowed. Just to judge athleticism. And it was basically a contest to see who could hurt who. And I was briefly knocked out after a head on collision with a fairly skinny black dude, wide receiver type. He was fine.

Just now getting around to watching some random videos from the card, and kept seeing related videos of people talking about a Nick Diaz comeback. That'd be awesome, just because I've always liked both Diaz brothers. Though Nick is almost 40 now.
Dude looks shredded right now, though. He looks like he's in better physical shape than he ever has been, on his latest IG posts. |

Can't wait. |

Only about 3 fights I want to see on this, the rest might be good but they don't necessarily make me want to sit and watch a whole event.

I love Cerrone as much as the next guy, but Dana needs to cut him as he's not going to walk away and he's gonna get himself really hurt.

Thank goodness the octagon is mic’d up so well. I really need to hear that arm break. Fuck

Oh snap!
Which was worse, the arm snap, or the Weidman leg break at the last numbered event. |
