I haven’t seen it in person.   I want the pistol nickel boron coated as well.  It is the absolute best suppressed pistol host I have ever shot.

Of course, I’m speaking of semi auto 9mm pistols.  Not 22s or braced pistols.

Man, nickel boron would look classy.

Had this done by ZR Tactical awhile back. I was moving and had the slide shipped to my new address, of course the first thing I did was mock up the usp

Still looking for a rear sight that’s high enough and not a tritium sight, but doesn’t seem like anyone makes one.

Can you post a pic from the top looking down at the revolver?
How much width is there to use?

Explain it to me like I’m 5

Anyone have some unique pistols milled for modern optics?
Let’s set the baseline as a Langdon 92 as “unique”

Makarovs? Walters? Deagle, p210, USP, 5906?

How about rifles?
Could you mill a bolt action receiver?

Some of those guns should not be touched with a dremel, let alone a mill.

Keep milling to the fancy new plastic striker blasters.

That's not a real P210, just another imitation by SigUSA like the Sig 556/551A1. All they had to do was make them exactly like the European made guns, but apparently that was too difficult.

Going to have a difficult time finding anything in the Makarov/CZ83/PPK envelope with a milled slide. The micro red dots like the Holosun 507K that would lend themselves to being put on one are relatively new and most people are hyper focused on the magic micro 9mm pistols (P365, Hellcat, etc) in that size range right now.

I will say this FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO GET AN ODDBALL PISTOL CUSTOM MILLED FOR AN OPTIC (emphasis for attention): CHPWS is known to do one-off custom slide milling that is otherwise not listed on their website. If you have a gun you want milled and can’t find anywhere else to do it, send an email to CHPWS before you give up. If it’s physically possible to do, they’ll let you know and get you fitted up

Is there anyone who can mill an H&K USP 9 for a red dot?

It looks like shops aren't doing it anymore and the only option that I see is a dovetail mount.

What about a P9S for an RMRcc?

I got tired of trying to figure out the 3-dots on my P365 SAS. So I popped them out and put in a Holosun. It much more accurate with the RDS than I ever was with the dots.

Not unique but certainly swerving away from an intended purpose.

IM sent

The biggest problem with some guns is there is no spot for the screws or a safety plunger is in the way.  We do alot of oddball stuff and some have to have a custom plate to go between the optic and slide since some slides are so thin.  I'll dig up pics soon.

MK3 Firearms specializes in customizing BHP pistols including milling them for optics. He did one for Garand Thumb a bit ago.

Youd have to have someone weld on a plate or at least wings to widen it.

Then you just mill it to the rmr footprint and drill holes and tap etc.

Make a mount and bolt it on for the RMR. Easy peasy.

The light rail, I'd silver solder on.

As sweet a pistol as that is, I’m fairly certain it’s made by the same individual who made the tactical Mauser:

They’re based on airsoft guns unfortunately:
