Growing up around Van Zandt County, 30 years ago, deer were scarce. Our family lease, in Leon County, near Buffalo, had lots of deer. Very few bucks made it past 2-3 years old. Regulatory/Non-Regulatory counties. I grew up in that culture. Don't shoot spikes or does!!! I've been there.

Work party at our house tonight.
Almost missed the food arriving as son's school bus was 20 minutes late. Spent 90 minutes sitting on the stairs waiting for people to arrive so I could let them in and direct them to the basement, then the kids got in a fight and I had to deal with them, the dog was scared because of all the noise and people, didn't get to eat as I was doing all that stuff, everyone left late so son went to bed late and is still awake so he will be a handful tomorrow and I will probably get a call from school, fun fun! |
