Trying to make a turkey ‘fattie’ as a pre-thanksgiving trial run. Turkey breast half stuffed with sausage, seasoned, smeared in maple butter, and wrapped in a bacon weave, then set on the smoker.
It’s not exactly a traditional thanksgiving turkey, but when your turkeys dress out at nearly 50 lbs, you have to be creative.
