Doesn't look like it.  Mt P erupted into the middle of a Typhoon.  It basically rained 6 to 12 inches of wet concrete

If you live in the probince as a porenier (province as a foreigner) you have to get “load” and go into town to use internet...but red horse beer is about 75 cents a liter and the local rum is about 3 bucks a fifth.

Sweet ! This villager shit sounds like fun . Once i get “ load” on shots of local rum chased with liters of red horse beer , im guessing that villager poontang will be readily available to  accompany me back to my hut for even more volcano eruptions. Cue the FUCKING Rolling Stones “ Shes So Cold” ....

I was a lot closer to that volcano last week.

It's about 30 miles from here +/- a bit and the wind's blowing most of that shit away from me.

It is, however, blowing it all basically straight towards the family land where all those pretty pictures came from in my thread.

Dang.  Hopefully everyone is ok.  Sounds like they are also predicting a more explosive eruption.

I like these early warning systems.  Every so often the Mammoth Mtn system gives a low warning

The volcanology institute raised the danger level around Taal three notches on Sunday to level 4, indicating "a hazardous eruption may happen within hours or days," said Renato Solidum, who heads the institute. Level 5, the highest, means a hazardous eruption is underway and could affect a larger area.
