Be in charge of a unit that looses a can of 40mm grenades and a M-240 MG, you get relieved and then put in charge of security for AFSOC.

Kinda leaving out the part about her and her friends bragging about hunting Americans.

Articles doesn't say she was dishonorably discharged. I would assume she was told "sign here and get out or else" and she did, with some more generic discharge since it happened quickly, but I don't know much a about it.

I am really glad the internet job lynch mob exists.
