So, /pol/ has turned up an interesting coincidence.

One of these is the random dog walker Margery Magill who got murdered by an Ethiopian refugee.

The other is Dr. Beth Mynett, soon-to-be-ex-wife of Tim Mynett, who filed for a divorce from him two days ago when she found out he'd been having an affair with Ilhan Omar.

And apparently Dr. Mynett lives near the same park the dog-walker was killed in, owns a dog, and routinely walks the dog there.

There was a time in this country's history where everyone would chalk this up to pure coincidence and think nothing further, save for a few conspiracy theorists...

Possible, but not likely. The harmful information she had was already on the record. While a revenge killing is possible, that sure would attract a lot attention for no benefit. Only other motive I see is so that the soon to be ex husband doesn't have to pay half of all the money he got from the congresswoman to her; also not likely due to how small it is relatively.
