Conservatives need to remember that political speech isn't a protected class in regards to labor law and you're perfectly within your rights to fire everyone with a Biden sticker in your parking lot, or who posts socialist propaganda on their social media, etc.

When they say they want a "dialogue" they mean they actually mean "monologue" in which they want to Lib-splain or Black-splain (I just invented these words!) how racist and awful you are and how you don't deserve the things you have, while justifying the lack of personal responsibility for others for their actual behaviors and choices. "Dialogue" just sounds better.

We were pretty close to that sort of dialogue in the mid-90s. PC culture shut it down.
