Keep it simple, and if you're going to replace two existing units with one new one, for the love of all that is holy spec a big enough unit. I'm not a service guy, but I will say that the number of problems caused by not changing (or sometimes not having) filters is amazing. Probably the #1 cause of issues we're called in to diagnose. When there's a 3inwc drop across your cooling cool, maybe you should have had filters in it while they were cutting concrete in the parking lot next to your OA intake. Maybe?

We put 12V 40,000 RPM motors in it and it didn't speed up much. Maybe it needs 24V?? |
