What in the blazing blue fuck is it? This. I can make out a guy on a horse but there is just to much going on for me to tell what the heck Im looking at. Durer was the Frazetta of the 15th century. |

For something that big/detailed I would have gone to the gym or just put it on my back/chest.
First thing that popped into my head was "white knight". Thanks arfcom. |

Sort of looks like Brett Favre on a horse, wearing armor! Pretty cool!!

I know I'm late to call it but I see Hep C in your future. You couldn't find a cleaner shop to spend your money in?

As somebody who worked in a tattoo shop for a while, that place looks gross as fuck and I would not get tattooed there. YMMV.

Well...I guess it's a bit better than MOLON LABE or SHEEDWOLFDOG

Why in Gods name would you do this to yourself!?!?!?!?!?!
And that is in reference to this thread. |
|
I really, really like that.
And lets face it, that's all that matters. I don't want to alarm you, but I'm kind of a big deal. |

Wow. You are cool now huh? How much did mommy pay for that turd?
|
|
It is actually an engraving by Albrecht Durer called "Knight, Death and the Devil". It is a really exceptional work. The analysis of it is cool too, the idea is that having faith will give you strength. Kind of like Psalms 23:4. Not a religious man, but I studied this particular engraving in college and have thought it was awesome ever since. Really cool tattoo OP.

I don't know what your artist plans to do for fill in, but you should really look at doing all the back ground stuff dark and minimal shading (or none) on the primary subject. Your whiteness will provide highlight to it. Otherwise the entire thing shaded is going to look like a blob. The line art has too much fine detail for that space. |
