Local elections went poorly. Again.
Yay taxes! I mean, $4k in taxes on a $140k, 3bed/2ba 1950sqft ranch in town is normal right? |

Quoted: Tax bill is gonna be massive Good thing is we can defer the payout for up to a year so we can get it after the move and make sure Massholes get nothing. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: Looks like I get to pay the idiot tax today Delayed getting the septic tank pumped as it we move it would need to be pumped and inspected then. Did lots of laundry today, first floor toilet starts bubbling and backing up, yay! I get to deal with poop water, snake did nothing, called septic service and they are on their way (after hours) to pump out the tank. It ended up being a blockage that the septic guy was able to clear, they will come back and pump in a few days. and while dealing with the poop water I was reviewing the offer letter for wife's new job and making sure it was ok to sign. Shit water on one hand, 8 figure signing bonus/stock grant on the other. This shit is surreal. Glad it's working out for you guys. She said there was zero evidence of coyotes operating in a pack structure in the southeastern US due to the differences in available food sources in the region. No need for cooperative hunting groups because small game is plentiful year round. |
