Greyhound people like to talk about how their dog ran at the track. Its a very petty competition with no bear on how good of pets they make. BTW: Shirley won 16, with 7 second place finishes. My wife has talked about getting a retired greyhound; I think that having a few fenced acres or being an avid runner would be a prereq though. |
