I've never drank coffee or tea, I cut out soda about 2 years ago and started drinking 1 to 2 energy drinks a day. (and a ton of water) My Dr is warning me of possible future heart problems from energy drinks and honestly they don't do much for me anyway. So what's out there to drink as a treat (1 to 2 a day) that's not coffee, tea, has alcohol or an energy drink? I drink alcohol when I'm off from work so I'm obviously looking for something work safe.

Hint water, vitamin water or something equivalent. Or the little packets you add to water

Water. I cut soda out a year ago, so if I start getting a craving I will hit my water with a splash of Mio.
RO or Distilled Water
or Plain Sparkling Water Sometimes with a little fresh squeezed Lemon or Lime juice. ETA- Black coffee in the morning, NO sugar. |
I drink coffee in the morning, ice water the rest of the day. Iced tea and beer each on occasion. I can't think of anything else I drink with regularity.
Water and milk make of most of it.
If it's been a really hot day and I've been sweating all day long, I might grab a gatorade at the gas station (the kind with sugar, none of that zero carb nonsense) makes a world of difference when you salt levels start to get low. |

These. Sometimes I'll kick the flavor up with some Mio. My favorite sparkling water by far. Other brands usually go flat too fast or the flavor isn't great.

Water. I like La Croix or bottled water. I don't drink tap from around here.

Has anyone mentioned water?
That’s about the only thing left after reading the question; What do you guys drink that's not alcoholic, soda, coffee, tea or an energy drink? |
My go to is lime flavored selter with lime juice added
Hatuey Malta
It is not caffeine or alcoholic or a soda. You should all try it. |

Like from the toilet? Pretty much all I drink is water, coffee, beer, whiskey, and gin (possibly with tonic). |

i love LEMONADE
and Ginger Ale(zero sugar). with no extra crap in it i also buy alot of electrolite packs to mix with water while at work |
I enjoy water, it just gets old.
I'll pick up some of those flavor packets and see if that cures me |

I drink a tea in the morning and water the rest of the day. I might have a couple sodas on the weekend if I need something to stay awake.
Rain water and grain alcohol.
But seriously, bottled water or milk. We have a milk cow, so I drink a lot of milk. Our spring water is awful in the Summer, so we buy a lot of bottled water. We tried a Brita, but I am the only one capable of filling it. |
I used to hate water. I needed to drink or, but I always forced it. But ever since I had COVID, water now has a slightly sweet flavor. I now love drinking water.
I drink juice, something like V-8, or tomato juice. It’s better when it’s cold though. Orange juice is really good, and Arizona brand tea.

As gimmicky as it sounds, Liquid Death flavored sparkling water is really good. I get it when it goes on sale at Publix.
Diet Mountain Dew is my poison. I also drink carbonized water from a soda stream set up
Coffee in the morning, water during the day, milk with dinner.
Every once in a while I'll have a coke. |
Those sugar free “lemonade” packets. Also All Sport sugar free packets.
Another option - Path water. They have alkaline, sparkling, and electrolyte versions, to make hydration easier. Then you can reuse the aluminum bottle for other waters. |
The only thing I ever drink that is non-alcoholic is coffee and water.
