You dont have to own it. It doesnt have to be worth a fuck. Simply put it just has to be cool.

What is the most interesting looking firearm to you?

A No.3 Schofield, a 6" Chiappa Rhino, a well-stocked Kentucky long rifle, and that weird over-the-shoulder semi-auto 20mm anti-material rifle from WW2.

The Steyr Flechette prototype is kinda neat looking too.

And a FAMAS G1 just looks neat.

I always thought the FAMAS looked cool until I saw the military guys working the Charles de Gaulle airport carrying them. I was severely disappointed in how cheap they looked. Theirs were beat to shit, so maybe a fresher example would’ve impressed me more.

For some reason, I find the X95 to just have "it" as far as the cool factor and fancy 1911's scratch that itch for as far as pistols go. Who knows, maybe I'll get over the X95 once mine comes in, but I doubt I'll ever get over my love of 1911s.

Came to post this.

Otherwise, in no particular order:

- Springfield Krags
- Many early semi-auto pistols (like the Borchardt, Luger, Mauser, etc), before JMB showed The Way.
- Sig AMT

I think the older models look a lot cooler than the newer ones that have a handguard instead of a trigger guard.

A lot of modern firearms are too....rough looking.  Coated with ribs, nubs and grooves.  The AUG is sleek, elegant with smooth, clean lines and design.

Dardick and Gyrojet, WA2000 gets a mention too. Basically anything rare and expensive. There's a reason that uninteresting guns are the most popular.

All variants of the matchlock.

Here's my matchlock arquebus, based on a 16th century Spanish arquebus.

At the Mid Atlantic Air Museum's WW2 weekend is the only place I've ever seen one in person. The bizarre part is in a reenactor tent there was a 1941 Johnson rifle and a 1941 Johnson LMG next to each other on a folding table.

Both are awesome looking guns
