Basically, what places have you visited, that you would love to live / visit / vacation, especially if the local laws were more friendly to your way of life.

Or / and money was not a object pertaining to moving / living / visiting there, or you could afford to have a summer / winter / vacation home there?

I REALLY loved Washington State, and Germany.  I loved Washington state for the outdoor activities, hunting, fishing, hiking, etc, and i loved germany for the Incredible amounts of history each square foot of dirt seemed to hold, as well as the culture and drinking.  I absolutely loved being stationed in Germany back in the late 1980's.

If i had a lot of extra money  i would absolutely have a home in each location, or at least spend several months a year in each location exploring and having fun..

also, i have never been to new zealand, but i would love to go visit, or maybe stay for a few weeks a year, however living there would be a hell no due to their gun laws.

Destin, Florida.
We own a fishing lure manufacturing company and that place, besides being awesomely beautiful, would be a great place to test our products.

iv been fishing in the ocean several times on my dads boat, i loved it. i caught a few sharks, and went scalloping once. i really enjoyed it, and would do that several times a year if i had the funds to finance it.

no experience with nigeria, but in Iraq i worked with loads of Ugandan security guys. they were the happiest / most friendly people i have ever been around, id like to think many of their towns / villages would be the same and treat you like a favorite uncle.

At the Hyatt. Breakfast is good, they make your bed, there's a bar and a great restaurant in the lobby. Plus the high class Hookers and the locations are convenient.

Islamorada/Tavernier in the Florida Keys. Easy enough to get back to the mainland for stuff, but still has a somewhat laid back vibe.

Halifax, Nova Scotia.  The people are friendly, girls are pretty, and the town is clean.
They also have a whole street of nothing but bars.

I would live in Maine during the summer and early fall. (Can't believe I just said that. Never realize how much you miss home until you move and don't have one anymore)

Then, SW Florida the rest of the year. (Englewood, Venice, Marco island, etc...)

Home base would be Goleta, Ca ( where I grew up ) and the other places I'd have homes are Kauai, and the Eastern Sierra. San Juan Islands in Washington ( Summer )
Never been to Scotland, but it would be nice to spend a couple of months a years there.

Northern Cali coast, also with a nice little mountain cabin around Tahoe.

Assuming I could buy off a sheriff for a carry permit.

I live here now but I won’t for too much longer. Cheapest house right now is $900k. It’s been a good 12 years. We’ll see how much further I can make it.

More specifically, in a Nordhavn anchored off any one of the Exumas.

I’ll get there.

Northern Italy

Chile - maybe - I used to be there for work 1 or 2 times a year back in the 80's / 90's when Pinochet was in power. Not sure what it's like now.

Amazing idea.

If the permissible weaponry was better in CA, I'd vote this too.

But since I have a certain amount of weaponry that is kosher for use in the United States of America, my vote has to go to somewhere near Glacier National Park.

This is subject to change if my wife and I visit somewhere else and see something nicer.

If money wasn't an issue I would spend the next two years finding a place, trying out spots. As of now, TX is high on the list since my son is there. AZ, NV, FL are all potential spots. I loved San Diego but fuck CA politics. No HI, fuck islands. My plans as of now are WI or SD April thru Jan 1, TX Jan 2- Mar.

That’s also a great place to dive or just get away from it all.

Another place I liked is Catalina Island. I know California is communist and a cesspool filled with heathens but it’s pretty comfy. So unless something has drastically changed in the last 9 years; I wouldn’t mind going back for a long weekend.

Had deep water dock and all that jazz.

Pretty much anywhere in AZ. I love the desert and public land you can actually enjoy.
