Quoted: Heard a great line from one of Hannity's guests yesterday when talking about green energy. "In order for it to be an alternative energy, it first has to be an alternative." Get the price down to about 15K and have a 500 range per charge and people might start looking into them more. What about a 25-30 mile range and about $5,000? 25-30 miles from the house charge and 25-30 miles from the at-work charge. I'm suggestting a near-term way to have the electric car supplement the real car in the garage, not replace it. $5,000 is a joke too, the battery alone could cost $5k.
