With no particular task or scenario, what do you enjoy shooting most?
For me it's shotguns first, then rifles, then handguns. I can say that I don't particularly enjoy shooting handguns, I really only do it to maintain proficiency. I never go shooting without bringing at least one though. I really enjoy shooting my 870 12ga, and I really enjoy shooting my Polish AKMS. Everything else is just to maintain proficiency, or make sure it still works. |

Handguns are most enjoyable to me. And I am starting to gravitate towards revolvers more and more. They are just more enjoyable to shoot

Suppressed ARs with thermal. Could probably go hunting every night and not tire of it.

I like everything, but rifles are my favorite.
I've been shooting them far longer than anything else, other than cowboy cap guns. |
|
I prefer...
1. semi-auto rifle or pistol 2. Revolver pistol or Lever Action rifle Either will work |
|
Rifle. My M14 is my favorite to shoot just for fun. Big, obnoxious, and doesn't do anything particularly well. It does have an unexplainable appeal. It's like a Brodozer that shoots.

Suppressed .22lr pistol, it makes me laugh like a middle school boy training to be a secret assassin.

LR/ELR bolt actions.
It’s so fucking satisfying to get hits at 1000+m, especially on shit wind days. |
|
For a looong time now I have enjoyed shooting my rimfires the most. Specifically my 9422, 39A, and 62A, but even those I have not taken out in a few years.

Strangely enough revolvers. More specifically my 629 5” Classic.
I fucking love that gun. |
|
20” ARs without a doubt.
Handguns aren’t my thing, but I shoot them occasionally. Shotguns pretty much don’t exist in my world as it is anymore. I shot them a bit for the first few years that I was starting to get into shooting and never really cared for them. |

Machine guns followed by Lever Guns. I like shooting anything but those to I really enjoy.

Ma Deuce is the most fun firearm I have ever discharged. 25mm M242 Bushmaster was a hoot too, kind of like a video game but with live HE tracer ammo.

twig and berries OP, gun and discipline are different. Do we get one gun or a gun per discipline.
I love a good bolt gun for long hitting I love a intermediate rifle for repeated hits I love a shot gun that is versatile and I can destroy any target with what my shells allow me to perform I love handgun that is both an accurate reliable pistol and revolver in a caliber I am comfortable with that takes down my target in front of me. I enjoy to plink with 22 rimfire and take small game with it I shoot all of the above whenever I can because I enjoy it. Maybe I should take up archery instead of shooting and that would be my favorite. OK, AX throwing sounds fun... |

Quoted: 300 PRC long range rifle. Made hits out to 1200 yards with it so far. Waiting on a suppressor and then will go out to a mile. http://i.imgur.com/aZCnP0f.jpg View Quote Nice optics setup, I'm looking at a similar ZC/rangefinder setup for mine. What mount/rail did you use? |
|
Tough call. My lever action rifle and my SAA both in .45lc are a blast to shoot.??
