But it's still not as crazy as the Resident Evil series (and others).

1 and 2 are both Christmas movies. 4 is a 4th of July movie and I guess I also sort of associated 3 as a 4th of July movie as well.

I used to work on the FOX Lot and this was always my favorite mural.
Oh... and there is only one Die Hard, and yes, I agree, it's a Christmas movie.

Live Free or Die Hard (UNRATED) is pretty darn good also. watched that one more times than I can count. i.e. more than 3x. I only have it (UNRATED) on DVD, wasn't able to find it on Blu-ray when I was looking for it. there is a difference in content.

I'm surprised how many people rank 2 and 3 equally. I can't watch 2. There's just too much to look past and the story sucks. As weird as it is one the biggest things that bugs me is the magic guns that shoot blanks and bullets interchangably. 3 I've always enjoyed. Like the story of them solving puzzles running all over the place. The connection to Hans was icing.

I love the first one and I'm a big believer in that many films do not need a sequel. Unfortunately Hollywood often decides to do it to milk a cash cow, and also unfortunately it works. That said, the scene in Die Hard 3 where they have to figure out the water jug riddle was always funny.
