This should be very easy to resolve. Apparently she paid for the bike once or twice via an app on her phone.
The bike company should know who paid for bikes at that location around that time. Easy case. The hospital ideally will be sued. The nurse...even if she is a lib...is presumed innocent and that should be the employer approach as well. Get the receipts. She has two. If no other bikes were paid for around that time she is innocent. Then where is the video showing her arriving at the bike station and the black males arriving? Time stamped? Just more proof. I am not Inspector Clouseau and I could probably provide facts given the right data fairly quickly. |

The black guy said the bike is already paid for on his account and she was trying to hop on it. If they were really thugs they would have just thrown her off of the bike and took it. The other guys are out of frame. so from the video we have no idea if they have bikes or not this also corresponds to the bike companies log showing the bike was unlocked the. Locked back in the same place and her getting the bike next to it. I have no way of knowing what happened for sure, but her story makes more sense and lines up with information provided by both the Credit Card and the rental company.
