On GD, to keep up the no butt all gut rule, and to complain about fat rolls, has to have a gutbuster breakfast then a nap apterwards.

I usually have a fairly large breakfast, 6 scrambled eggs and hashbrowns.

Nope, I'd be fat as fuck if I ate like that. Looks good though, Breakfast is my favorite meal but I go with a big glass of water and a cup of fruit with yogurt and granola. Light lunch and sometimes no dinner.
The lbs don't shed as fast as they used to. |

I eat about 6 ounces of scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese most weekday mornings. Maybe a cup or two of black coffee and a sugar free monster about mid morning.

Sometimes on weekends I'll tire up the flattop with some bacon across the top to allow the grease to season the homemade hash browns. Eggs and maybe pancakes.
Rarely il do biscuits and gravy. Lots of sausage and black pepper. |

I only eat between 12pm and 8pm 5-6 days a week. Sunday I usually have breakfast with the Mrs as that's the only morning we really get to have with each other.
One big meal at lunch and then something very small, <250 calories or so for dinner. Trying to stay under 1200 cal's a day. |

I would eat a breakfast like that in my 20s and not gain weight. These days I intermittent fast, only eat between 12 and 6.

It's become my ritual lately to get up Saturday morning and take off the trash and run to the hardware store if I need something. While out, I stop in at a great local diner and have a nice breakfast and half a gallon of coffee, so I can Cornholio my way into whatever project I decide to knock out for the day.

Not me, and I envy those that can and do. Personally, if I eat a huge breakfast, I'm gonna be dragging or sleeping most of the am, when I have to be my razor sharpest. I know it's not ideal according to many nutrition professionals, but I've been this way all my life.

Probably 3 times a week.
BUT, when I do, a rarely eat lunch. My favorite is sausage patty squished down and fried until near burnt, 2 eggs over easy and two pieces of toast with jelly. Not a huge breakfast, but one that sticks wit you until supper. |

Tend to eat bigger breakfast, one meal that I can control. Lunch and dinner depending on schedule.

3 straps of bacon, muffin with butter, or similar.
The sides change, but it's either bacon or sausage, and a side. Now on the weekend I eat like a Walmart scooter king. |

Two cups of black coffee and a protein shake, every morning. Only deviation from that is sometimes the wife will fry up some eggs and pancakes on a random weekend, maybe once a month or so. Or if we’re travelling we’ll find a little hole in the wall diner.

i have espresso with some half and half or heavy cream and often little else till dinner.

365 days a year: Breakfast: cereal (raisin bran) with glass of OJ Lunch: usually light Dinner: usually heavier Brunch? Hell No. I dislike the word. Late lunch, skip dinner? Screw that. |

If I eat heavy in the morning I'm torn down for the rest of the day.
I usually do a protein shake in the AM. (I'm up by 0200) I have shit to do in the morning. Take the dog on a walk, Shit shave shower, a cup of coffee. Get myself ready for work and execute that task. I can't imagine tucking in on a heavy breakfast. But people are different, and that shit looks like it's outstanding. |
