Quote History Quoted:Our shop truck is a 2020 TRD PRO V8. Drives nice.... but my two complaints...
1x brakes require too much movement and pressure to stop to the point I don't trust them.
2x The seats are way too big and wide. I slide around in them... and I'm not a twig, I'm 6' 200lbs.
Edit: 3x I think the TRD PRO is the highest trim, and for a 2020 high trim car the sound system absolutely sucks
Now the brakes are probably fine, but coming from a sports car and compared to our Mercedes van I don't like them. On our long haul 24+hr drive in March pulling a trailer, I had to shove a pillow between myself and the door to be comfortable.... thats how wide the seats are.

The various TRD versions aren't the luxe models. The platinum LTD and 1794 edition are the top of the line models with fancy leather everything, power adjustable every which way seat and premium audio. The TRD models are more for offroading, but they do have some basic luxury features.
I've not noticed the other issues that you're experiencing. My brakes are very firm and reassuring. They stop well pulling my large utility trailer, commercial Hustler, chainsaw, lawn equipment, full gas cans, armory of guns, my family including cat in cage, my wife's luggage, kids toys, all my power tools, bag if hand tools, socket set, camping furniture, stove, etc. I shudder to think how much weight we haul every time we drive out to our cabin.
Love the seats! Honestly the most comfortable seats of any vehicle I've ever owned and I've owned quite a few. More comfortable than our Highlander Limited leather seats for instance. We have the cloth power TRD Pro seats.
