Wesley for sure but Sasha was a close second best. The writers knew she sucked so bad that they wrote in she bangs Data then gets absorbed by a pile of shit all within 2-3 episodes.

Something had to happen behind the scenes for such a fuck you write out.

I enjoyed listening to him years ago when he first came on howard stern and came out. He was pretty funny. It's only when these d-bags start espousing their political views that you want to punch them in their uteri.

I have to go with Alexander Halfworfen.

Wesley was an insufferable turd most of the time and outright treasonous a time or three but at least he was involved in interesting story arcs. Alexander was always an insufferable little monster with zero redeeming qualities. He was so bad that he got sent away, not even Wesley earned that.

His character was absolutely terrible, easily the lamest first officer in Star Trek history.

That said, I gotta say, while I don't know anything about the actor, he seems like a fun dude. I've watched some Youtube videos of panels from Comic-Con and whatever else with Star Trek cast members. The TNG panels seem like they always get political at some point and it gets annoying. But this video with the Voyager cast is genuinely entertaining and they never once get political. If you enjoyed Voyager at all, I recommend checking this out. There are some good stories and a lot of real hilarity in this video.
