I was an LDS missionary in the early 1980s. There was a lady who lived in the apartment upstairs from us who was quite...um...buxom and would often wear a red tube top and cutoff shorts on summer evenings when she sat on her porch. She'd smile and wave at us whenever we walked by. Since she knew who were were I have always suspected she did it on purpose.

It was certainly traumatic. I have never forgotten it.

I think those were called bandeau tops.

I turned 16 in 1971. Spending half of the 70s as a teenager and half as a young twenty something was fucking wonderful.

Girls were much more comfortable as showing skin, they were skinnier, and race relations were much, much better.
