Cant think of a creepy individual that stands out. Working in a prison a lot of them are creepy but they just kind of run together/dont stand out.

Creepy situations however was different. I dont remember the circumstances around what started it but we had a use of force on a dude and we had him out in front of his cell in cuffs, he had stripped completely naked in the cell prior and we had a towel around him. He almost sounded European which was odd at my unit. He was saying he was David (from the bible) and quoting a bunch of bible verses; hes the son of god ect ect. I wish I could remember more specifically what he said but it just felt so weird the way he was talking.

The 2nd we were about to enter a cell on a forced move team. Im #1 man with a riot shield about to roll the door and pin the dude. Problem is hes got a sheet covering the view into the cell far enough back that we couldnt retrieve and we hadnt been able to actually see him. We have also had prior experiences of guys hiding in the shelf right above the cell door out of sight when the team enters the cell. So we are all on edge a little already not being able to see exactly where he is. Meanwhile the guy doesnt address us at all while we are giving orders to him. He does however, address his lawyer through the video camera we have recording as if he knows its going to go to court and his lawyer will see it about how he has a weapon and is "going to do what he has to do to protect himself". It was such a weird feeling, Ive had guys threaten me and try to assault me but that just left the worst feeling in my gut. To top it off, it was storming outside and probably 10pm and none of us on the 5 man team realized it but the power went out as soon as we got into the cell. Guy didnt end up having a weapon and just laid down on the floor when we entered so it wasnt a big deal after all.

Not anywhere near some stories. Place buys a company and new people come in.

Have a meeting with the head new guy. Obvious new car salesman. Literally says “just two guys talking”. My father continuously gave me indicators on people. This guy hit a few. Shrug,

Over time he starts making weird complaints about me. Nothing that can be proven or disproven but he’s higher on the totem pole so it works against me.

One day he lies about me to my boss’s boss. My boss says it is a complete lie. Didn’t matter I’m out. No one believes him but I’m a peon.

The problem was I was doing critical work. I tried explaining it to him several times but he just didn’t get it. He was fired two months later.

“The Prolapse Guy,” last name was Perkins.

Dude was a useless shithead, claimed to be an ex-marine. I called BS, the little shitwad never would’ve gotten far enough to earn the title of marine.

I have no idea how the fuck he managed this, but he had an uncanny ability to enrage even the coolest, calmest, kindest people you can imagine. Every encounter you had with this little creep, you would walk away wanting to maim a small child. I don’t mean angry, I mean ridiculously, unreasonably, omnicidally, frothing-at-the-mouth, burn-the-world, fuck-ass mad.

More than once I had to stop guys from beating the little fucker half to death, I can’t understand how he lived this long.

I forgot about Tom. We were in college. Friends roommate. Seemed normal at first. Had a young girlfriend. Too young. Looked young. Creep meter starting to peg.

Broke up with her wouldn’t say why.

We’re wrestling around and he starts choking me. Completely closes my windpipe. I cannot breathe. I tap. Nothing, he keeps choking me.  I’m bigger so I bang him against a door jam and he releases.

A girl he never mentioned or had anything to do with died. He painted pictures of her and went to her funeral. I met her mom at a bar. Mentioned it and he blew up.

He was a cook a t hooters. I had a class with a waitress. She flirted with me and told me her sugar daddy was out of town and asked if I wanted to do something I told Tom that I think she likes me. He said she was too good for me. He was serious.

I look him up sometimes but his name is too common

I have a cousin we raised as a brother.
He freaks out the entire family.

I can't even be around him. I'm not sure exactly but he's done some questionable weird sexual stuff before. He looks like the classic chomo.

Sometimes I feel bad about it and maybe I could have done more when he was little to guide him more, but he's just always been weird.

Small child at Walmart. He was probably around 5 or 6 years old being pushed in a shopping cart by an old trailer park looking hag. This boy smiled at me from the cart as they passed and his baby teeth were literally rotted black. His face was almost a spitting imagine of Sloth from The Goonies except with a full head of hair. Looking back I'm pretty sure he had fetal alcohol syndrome.

What he said as he smiled though was chilling.  He said "I'll fuck your ass" with a black toothed grin. The mom or grandma didn't even acknowledge what he said she just kept on pushing the cart. I was shocked. Didn't know what to do or say. Definitely an evil messed up child though.

Margaret Rudin. I found her millionaire husband's dismembered and burned remains at Lake Mojave (south of Las Vegas) in the middle of the night after doing some night fishing and ended up having to testify in her trial. She was a cold, calculating killer who planned her husband's demise pretty much from the beginning of their marriage. Typical lifeless, dead eyes on her.

Eisenhower mentioned in the lead up to the North Africa campaign the problem of the US not having good intel on the ground and having to rely on Brit intel.  He noted that Americans found the spy business generally distasteful.  It's just not part of our culture to engage in snooping and lying.  Or wasn't then, anyway.

Probably several reasons for that.

Most intel guys I've met have been at least a little bit off.  Better ones are just weird kids.  Worse ones are that kind of creature that looks at everyone as lesser animals and at best holds everyone else in contempt.

Not talking about "ex-wife", unless she went crazy or some such.

I mean someone who the first time you ever laid eyes on them, you knew something wasn't normal or correct about this person.

There was a post on here, forget the topic, where a guy recounted the story of being at a rest stop at night, and some human creature came out of the woods, with an evil smile on his face.  The guy's dog went coward and hunkered down, and the guy beat a hasty retreat back to his car and didn't slow down for 10 miles.

That type of creepy.  Another guy talked about a child they were being a foster parent for, who in response to not being bought a toy or something, said calmly they were going to kill that person.  Yipes!

I've thankfully not been exposed to such people - even in the Army, everyone was a functional human.  But I'm sure many others, including lots of cops and mental health pros, have had other experiences.  So who's just made you wince and your skin crawl right from the start?

I remember the rest-stop story.  I don't remember who posted it.

I worked with a guy who I think is probably a clinical psychopath.  He is a habitual liar, has a massive sense of entitlement, reckless driving habits, no fear of consequences, engages regularly in criminal behavior, has no capacity for empathy, and liked setting wild animals (geese) on fire.  He was very glib, and very child-like.  This was apparent upon first meeting him.

He was basically a less comedic version of Steve Stiffler.

sounds fishy, relying on the UK to 'share' intel in good faith without it being a plot to elicit a certain action that they want from the US, by cherry picking or fabricating. I have long suspected that if someone could actually get to the bottom of the money laundering going on in ukraine, there would be british intel facilitating the blackmail of US officials to get more involvement/funding out of us

Two

Scott Thorson, Liberace's chauffer/lover/etc. About 10 years ago, Dennis Hof brought him to one of the fights with a bunch of gals from the Bunny Ranch. Hof was one of the sponsors and he and the girls were with us at a VIP afterparty with the other fighters, sponsors, etc. Thorson didn't say or do anything and someone had to tell me who he was later but he gave off this total creeper vibe just by his look. Like it radiated from him.

The other was a dipshit I did ranch work with back in the day. Boss said we hired a new buckaroo and I'd ge along with him because he was tatted up like me. I expected another Marine or sailor but this guy was completely sleeved and covered up to his neck in the worst jailhouse ink I had ever seen. Shit like "Florida Bad Boy" and "Night Stalker" on his neck. Found out later he was a meth head and repeat kiddie diddler. The dude was fucking evil.

Years ago, I was a juvenile probation officer in Baton Rouge.  One of my juveniles was named Claude after his dad.  His mom was Claudette and all 11 kids had a name that was some derivation of Claud.  He was still locked up when I received his case file.  I usually try to read the file before I met the kids, but this time I was swamped and didn't get a chance.  I go into the detention center and ask the guard where he was and the guard just points and says that kids "freaks the shit out of me".  I look over and there's this little 11 year old string-bean of a black kid sitting off by himself.  As I'm walking over one of the other kids, who was locked up for assault on a LEO, said, "something wrong w/ that boy - he nuts."  By that point I'm baffled as to all the fuss about him.  I introduce myself and start asking my normal questions and the kid answers but wouldn't look me in the eye, which is common.  His answers were all 1-2 words and followed by "sir".  When I asked what he was in for, he looked at me, and said, "killing animals, sir".  He was only 11, but his eyes were just cold and when he looked at me, it felt like he was looking 100 yards passed me.  Talking to him made my stomach turn and it felt as if the room was getting colder and colder.

I went back to my office and read his file.  He was locked up for catching and killing the neighborhood cats.  In an old shed, on the back of the family's property, he'd smash the cats' heads, many kittens, with a brick and then just play with the mashed up brains.  The investigating officers figured there were 50 or 60 dead cats in the shed.  He was arrested when a neighbor was out looking for her lost cat and saw him killing  kittens - he'd left the shed door open.

I interviewed the parents and some of his older siblings in my office.  Parents seemed strange, but it was Baton Rouge and that was the norm.  Dad worked two jobs and Mom worked a lot of over time to make ends meet.  One of the older siblings said that she was just glad that he only killed cats.  I asked why she would say that and she started to tell me that Claude had taken the youngest sibling, who was 9 months old at the time, and was headed to the shed . . . her Mom cut her off before she could finish.  I never did hear the end of that story.

I recommended a full psych eval for the kid.  After she interviewed him, the psychologist went straight to talk to the detectives and they all immediately went to Claude's house.  I went to law school later that month, so I never did hear what happened.

While working on my Master's Degree, I did an internship in a state mental hospital in Brainerd, MN.  Lots of messed up people there and some down right creepy ones.

Sadly most of the ones I’ve met were through religion :/

One guy was always off. Caesar Rodriguez was married with kids but some stuff didn’t add up and he was way too fast about trying to get involved with every aspect of the church. First he claimed to have been the Sergeant Major of the Army, he definitely wasn’t. He also claimed he was persecuted by his commanding officers for refusing to reenlist because he wanted to be a preacher and was made to move large piles of dirt with buckets from one area of the base to another for the remainder of his enlistment. I highly doubt the guy was even in the army. He didn’t stick around long and was “called” to go to a different church. Last I heard he was arrested for raping his 13y/o daughter and getting her pregnant. Apparently he had been telling her it was God’s will for him to have sex with her.

Jack Schaap is another mega creeper. He was arrested when a deacon had discovered he was having a sexual relationship with a 16 year old girl at the church under the guise of “God’s will”. Seriously look at videos of this guy preaching on YouTube. Nothing is right about the guy, the way he moves his body, voice, tone, eyes. How people let him be the pastor is beyond me.

I’m sure I could think of a few more.

Our adopted 15 year old daughter.  Reviewing camera footage from inside the house is downright disturbing at times.  The complete lack of emotions she has. The staring and studying she's constantly doing to us when we're not paying attention.

Hearing her tell us, while using her baby voice, that she is willing to get us arrested in order to scare us into letting her have social media and get rid of our rules.

Hearing how excited she gets over horror movies or other violent things.

Hearing the Psychologist tell us he's diagnosing her with 6 things, including borderline personality disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and severe major depressive disorder.  Hearing that she can't understand empathy and will likely get diagnosed with Sociopathy at 18.

Listening to her so easily lie to my own mother about things in an effort to triangulate and manipulate knowing she's doing it in front of cameras, yet still doing it.

Hearing her take it to sexual leaning allegations towards me (accused me of being a creep and trying to check her out), and the most disturbing part was later when she was justifying it, saying she knew she was lying but was just mad at me.

I fucking hate my life.

I've heard that Buffalo Bill was an amalgamation of Ed Gein, Gary Heidnik and Ted Bundy.  Gary Heidnik was apprehended a year before the book came out.  Heidnik kept women as slaves in a shallow pit in his basement, so the fictional character's behavior is somewhat similar.

The author apparently doesn't grant interviews, so it's all speculation.
