He's too old now but I wish Thomas Sowell would have went into politics.

Is he really a conservative?  Or is it a schtick for him like savage and beck?
At best he is a self proclaimed elitist like William crystal.

He was literally the most qualified applicant for the job last time - but he's been successfully typecast as "creepy" and "weird". Sadly, I don't think he could overcome the MSM narrative with the low information voters. But, I'd love to be proven wrong on that.

We need him in the Senate for the time being - but a S.C. appointment would be a good role for him in time as well.

He only won a second senate term by a few percent in TX. I would not want to test that on a national level.

I can think of no lifetime politician who is ever the most qualified. Trump was and is the most qualified President we have had in our lifetimes.

Colin Powell, former head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.  The big problem is that he he is smart enough that he wants nothing to do with being president.  Powell's not wanting the power is just another reason I think he would be a good man for the office.  I would like to have a president who is there to run things right, and isn't there to get, or wield his own power.

Mattis in a second.

Served under him and would love to see him as President. I don't agree with some of his views but he's a very intelligent but most importantly, a pragmatist. I know he has mixed feelings on certain guns being in the hands of the public but trust him that he would never resort to banning stuff/letting emotions dictate his actions. He sees the big picture and wouldn't let Democrats manipulate him.

I would probably have a perma-hardon for 4 years if Mattis won.

God help us if that happens. We would be doomed as a nation if Ivanka ever got in power. She's an absolute bleeding heart liberal that lets her emotions get the best of her. She's a complete liberal on most social issues, globalists, and a neocon. She's the type that would have her opinions swayed from pictures of refugees or some children in a war torn country and instantly want to get involved in every foreign conflict trying to save the world. Fuck no.

Ivanka is right up there with Hillary as being one of the worst imaginable scenarios.

I would agree with this too. He's smart and a strategic thinker.  I don't always agree with him but pretty damned close.
