A Jewish deli near my home serves several breakfast dishes with fish, but it's either whitefish or lox.
Lox and eggs. Lox and onions and eggs. Whitefish and eggs. Whitefish and onions and eggs.

If y’all ever get over to Northern Ireland they have some awesome smoked kippers and eggs with grill tomatoes on the side.
