Auto start/stop while idling. I get the fuel efficiency aspect but it is the first thing I disengage when getting into my vehicle after starting it.

Telematics and data collection. Along with the already mentioned driver aids they should be optional and easily removeable. And if you keep it all of the detailed info should be accessible to you for fun/repairs.
