28C is actually a pretty good example. Sounds like a decent size, right? Plenty in this thread have said that C’s aren’t small. Based on cup volume a 28C is the same as a 30B and a 32A.

In the context of this conversation a 28F might sound large, but I’d be willing to bet that most wouldn’t find them to be circus side show noticeable or cartoonish (like the gal in the OP).

36F is big and everyone notices that they’re big and despite popular arfcom opinion a 36 band size doesn’t necessarily indicate a huge fatbody.

In summary, everyone likes to talk about the letter but it doesn’t mean anything without the number.
