Too easy.  1967 Ford Mustang GTA Fastback, 390 c.i. 'Police Interceptor' engine.

I believe it is actually here in Washington State somewhere.  I've still got the VIN number around somewhere.  Curious to know what condition it's in these days.

It will  be brand new with absolutely no mods whatsoever. Period. Same factory engine, no lifts, no paint jobs, just what came off the factory floor and that's it and that is the way it stays. So with that.....what do you choose?

For me, easy pick, my 1972 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ 40 in sand color with the factory PTO winch.

The red 2001 Chevrolet pickup in my driveway right now. Bought it in 2003 with 32k(?) on it. It has 443,3xx on it right now. It's been a great vehicle and I still drive it most days. I have very seriously considering a full restoration - new interior, some rusty sheet metal, new drivetrain. I honestly do NOT like the newer vehicles with more gadgets than this one has. I wish this one had a bluetooth radio but I have a $10 adapter that links it to my phone and works just fine.

My first car was a '65 Impala SS ragtop.
Just like this, except I got it as a 20+ yr old hand-me-down from my Grandfather.  It looked good but took a LOT of work to get the old black paint to shine.
327ci, PowerGlide, factory AC.
Trunk was big enough that the lid would easily close on a full set of gold clubs and a 10-speed bike...or on 3 good friends who wanted to sneak into a drive-in without paying.

Coolest boat I've ever owned.

1969 Olds 442 holiday coupe. It wasn't a post and looked so cool with all the windows down.
400 , 4 speed , buckets , console , tic-tock tach , gold with a white vinyl top , white interior ,  factory 14" rally wheels and that trumpet exhaust.

Classiest muscle car I ever owned , fond memories.

I’m currently driving the best vehicle I’ve owned so I’m set. Someday maybe I’ll own a car I’d miss when it’s gone but... aside from missing a pickup truck once or twice a year I’m good.

The 1979 VW Rabbit Diesel C.  That car got 56 MPG without even trying and would do 90 mph on the Los Angeles freeways.  When I tried to see what kind of mileage it would get I got over 70 MPG on at least two consecutive tanks.

The '81 that I now have is not that good as far as performance, or MPG.  But, after a bit more research, I now know why.   Still, this '81 is getting between 52 and 56 MPG where that '79 would be in the mid to high 60's.

The only other car that I would consider would be the 1987 Toyota Corrola FX.  This car got me places where many jeep drivers were reluctant to go.

LOL at the lack of reading comprehension in this thread...

Narrowed down to a 2001 Toyota Tacoma 4wd with old school Xtra cab, 6 foot bed, TRD package, manual transmission, 2.7L Four cylinder engine.

Or the car I had in the mid 90's when stationed in Germany: German spec 1986 BMW 535i, inline 6, fun car to drive.

1994 Toyota Corolla DX, wagon, 5spd in teal.  Was my first car.  Ran forever, rocker panels rusted out and to pass inspection I riveted on roof flashing.  It passed inspection for 2 years before they refused to pass it.  Last year I owned it I don't think I changed the oil at all.

Depends on your definition of 'owned".  Either the 1960 Thunderbird that my dad and I rebuilt in 1982 or my first car that I actually had a title to, my 1968 Fairlane GT Fastback.

1978 jeep Cherokee chief golden eagle widetrack in black with an amc 401 and 4:10 gears

I had a 77 and I still miss it, but not the rust

1978 is the best year of the 401 era jeeps, jeep dropped it in 1979, but the 79s+ had better electronics for the time.  So technically I want a 79 with the razor grill and a 401, but that didnt exist.

Probably my two door 88 Montero to keep, 92 Se-R to sell.

If I could have all the mods still, it would be my track prepped 03 Mini S. Fucker was so fast and agile. Hard to strap a car seat to a roll cage.

If we could include vehicles owned by our parents, I'd consider my dad's '68 F-100 for nostalgia's sake.  That was a good truck, and it reminds me of him and my childhood.

My first "car" was a 76 International Scout II, maybe that one for sentimental reasons.  Probably my 1989 GMC 4x4.  That truck gave me 276,000 trouble free miles until it was stolen in San Diego.

I really liked my '90 Probe GT.  It would be slow compared to current cars but was fun to drive none the less and was super cool with pop-up headlights that were the rage in in the 90s.
