I'd like to say '76 F-250 highboy with an EFI 460
But I think I'd get more use out of a brand spanking new 2021 platinum edition diesel F-250 crew cab. |
|
I'd get a 2021 VW Jetta GLI Autobahn DSG
2 year/20k mile service and 4yr/50k mile warranty would cover me through most of the original ownership requirements. |
|
Brand new Bugatti Chiron and mechanic's maintenance manual... will get to work on time for 5 years then sell and buy several of whatever the hell I actually want to drive.

1950's Dodge Power Wagon by Legacy Power Wagon. 5.9L Cummins engine. OD Green or FDE.

If health issues hadn't stopped me from driving, I'd want this;
Attached File Since I can still drive on trails, I'd take a clone of Bigfoot #2. Attached File |

Quoted: The vehicle will be given to you free of charge, but: 1. It cannot be sold, traded, rented, etc. Nor can any components. 2. It must be your primary vehicle for five years, at least 87% of the miles you drive will be done with this, or you forfeit ownership. After five years you can drive it as much or little as you desire. 3. You must cover all expenses - fuel, insurance, maintenance, repairs, etc. 4. The vehicle will given to you with any modifications that you request. What would you choose? Most likely I'd go for something like this, with all modern components. I probably wouldn't go quite that low though. LS engine, modern brakes, suspension, etc. https://www.classiccarstudio.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/70_C10-6-750x500.jpg https://www.classiccarstudio.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/70_C10-1.jpg View Quote That is a nice truck and all but you would think they could line up the molding from the cab to the bed. |

Wrecked it on the way to my first duty station (drunk driver ran out in front of me). I'd love to have that again. And none of the hipster low rider shit |

1995 F350 CCLB, SRW, 4x4 automatic with off-road package, 7.3 Powerstroke with E-fuel conversion and 6.0 trans cooler.
General grabber AT2 37" tires, 2" lift, studded tire chains for ice, straight piped, Ranch Hand brushguard/ bumper, 6 ton winch. All the truck I'll ever need. |
|
Probably a Panamera Turbo S Sport Turismo.
It insanely powerful and fast (0-60 under 3 seconds, 200 mph top speed, etc.) and designed for handling and performance, is superbly luxurious and well-built - and it's still a practical car, as a 4-door station wagon. |

View Quote A Gurkha LAPV was my first thought. I'll take mine in black with a black leather interior Edit: I make a lot of short trips, so I guess I need to specify that the 6.7 needs to be deleted as well. Don't wanna be clogging up a stupid expensive DPF |

Shelby Raptor. I love trucks anyway, so that would fit me. However, I do love American muscle...

I have a 2002 Silverado 1500 Z71 that is rusting out from underneath me but still runs and drives. If I could get an exact duplicate of it I would be THRILLED.
It has been a great truck. |
