Title says it all.
Your going to war / getting dumped in a zombie apocalypse etc, but you can only take the gun / weapon your intending / wanting to buy next. So… whatcha taking / stuck with ? .22 pistol ? Ar-15 ? Glock ? Muzzle loader ? Crossbow ? Switchblade ? I’m apparently taking this. ( wanting a nice shootable wall hanger ) Attached File |

I guess I'm stuck with the dedicated 9" 22AR I'm trying to finish up. Not the worst I suppose.
that OR the mini gun mounted in the door of the Blackhawk I've always wanted . |
|
ACR in black, with the fixed original stock and plastic hand guard. I guess it could be worse.

HK416 11 barrel in RAL8000
Waiting on one from a group buy. It’s going to be a long time and God knows what will happen in the near future in Europe. |

I'm going to war with my fists I guess.
My shopping spree is done for the moment. |
|
Well since Zelinsky's got the world's weapons, now I have to ask him what's available.

It looks like I'm taking a Bergara BMR carbon .22lr bolt gun, I pick it up tomorrow.
|
|
I have a Fulton M1 Carbine on order now. I would be OK with that choice. Not optimal but good enough.
|
|
Don't currently have anything on my list. I'm kind at the point where im looking at class III transferable stuff but just browsing as the market is high and the economy is low.
For shits and giggles I'll go with my last lower purchased 2 weeks ago. Parted together ar15 16" barrel 15" rail .300 blk with a burris RT6 loaded with 147 grn fmj |
|
Steyr Scout. I better stay in the boonies away from the hoards!

A pink .22 Crickett that I'm looking at buying for my daughter
Beat that |

More cheerful than the usual doom and gloom threads you start.
Tavor 7 and an MKE AP5-P. They'd be a pretty effective combo in a fight actually. |

When he got his Sargent stripes he gave the Thompson away and went back to the carbine. Germans liked them a lot too. I think you’d be fine lol |

I guess I'm royally screwed then because there isn't much I genuinely jonesing for at the moment. I am in process of piecing together a lower for an 18" upper I just assembled, but everything is already purchased so that doesnt really fall in the "wanting to buy" category. Maybe a lever gun of some sort, but nothing I'm specifically targeting at the moment.

I guess I’m riding shotgun - 24” 1301 competition pro with an extendo tube.
Do I at least get some camo spray paint? Blue anodized receiver is going to get me killed |
|
Next build in the pipeline is a Mk12 mod1 (inspired, not dropping coin for 100% clone). Only have receivers at this point. Married, three kids, meh job means it’ll be done 2024-25
But also been hankering for an old school GI 1911. We’ll see which happens first |
|
Either a semi auto MP5 or a hicap .45 like a USP or FNX45. Those would be my next buys.
Could be alot worse. |
