Another vote for the Usual Suspects. That scene towards the end where Agent Kujan is looking at the bulletin board and drops his coffee mug is just awesome. When you read about the actors during the shoot, even they didn't know what was going on with the plot.

Also, The Shawshank Redemption, about the time the guard Hague calls out for DuFresne and he doesn't answer. I'd love to watch that show again with no knowledge of what's going to happen.

Dances with Wolves, the uncut version. Was a great movie. I also enjoyed Tombstone. In the day, The Ten Commandments was a great flick.

Viewed today for the first time, SW would be mediocre at best. What made it such an amazing experience was that nobody had ever seen anything even remotely like it at the time.

For me, I'd probably say...eh...Hell, I dunno...

I was gonna say some M Shamalan movie cause the twists often caught me off guard.

But then someone mentioned Jurassic Park and I still remember the feeling you see the dinosaurs for the first time. Chill bumps.

Saving Private Ryan
In the theater only way.
Opening scene had me and six of my high school buddies jaws dropped to the floor.

It's a Wonderful Life, for various reasons at the time.  But yeah, Saving Private Ryan.  I remember squirming in my seat as the adrenaline kicked in during the first 30 minutes.

Exodus is better, but I liked my ex-president too.

Pulp Fiction

It was mind blowing the first time around. What a ride.

Also, Star Wars.  I still remember seeing it in the theater, summer 1977.
