Mark you forgot the "NOT" in the caveat. Normally I wouldn't mention something like this, but in a legal disclaimer it could be important...

Don't bitch at us, for various State Dept. regs and their ITAR reasons, we will not pick nor ship to someone outside the U.S. So, we won't be sending goods to a winner OCONUS, say with a Hong Kong address. We love all you foreign ARFcommers, but at the same time, we hate the look of the inside of a prison.
