Here’s thought, or maybe I shouldn’t ask it for they might have people monitoring these threads, does their new bill define “in use”? The article indicated that the new Assault Weapons Ban might include language requiring any grandfathered firearms to be secured when not in use .... if being on standby as a instantly available home defense weapon is its designated function, its always in use. Also, that portion of the bill would be directly counter USSC Heller Decision.

It was never a doubt in my mind that eventually I'd be turned into a felon. And if I go to prison it's not going to be over a bump stock or a pistol brace.

I think everyone needs to realize that there's no longer one America but rather two; a Democrat America and a Republican America, neither of which are compatible with the other. One side likes guns the other side hates them, one side is Christian the other side hates Christianity, one side loves immigration while the other side wants to build a wall to keep them out, etc etc

I remember when I lived in California... Getting a letter that I was accidentally in possession of an assault weapon: my Walther p22 had been approved before they discovered it was an assault weapon because the barrel assembly was held together by a bolt that.. you guessed it...screwed onto threads...on a BARREL!
I can't imagine that blind bs at a national level.... |
