I was scared to death of the Dr. Phibes movies. Now they are just stupid. Anyone else have one that scared them?

Robot from the first Judge dredd
Nothing really scared me, that's as close as it came |
The Blob. Nightmares for months.
But I watched the Shining a lot. It was one of my favorite movies. |
Phantasm. It's goofy as an adult, but man, when I was a kid, that little flying silver ball with blades that sucked people's brains out, and the Tall Man yelling "Boy!", that was scary as hell to us.

The Never Ending Story. Those giant kill towers and fucked up dragon dogs freaked me the shit out.
The Blob. The old one that Elvira played on her show. Had me looking suspiciously at every pipe and toilet for something to come oozing out and eat me.

Aliens and Exorcist.
Still cant watch Exorcist and Aliens is one of my favvorites now |
Godzilla Movies.*
Because.... Nuclear War! Aloha, Mark *OK, Ok, ok....I lied. |
I watched alien when I was 7 on my own on a camp site then had to walk on my own in the dark through some woods.
Think it fried my fear chip |
Dark Night of the Scarecrow when the guy who saved the little girl gets shot to death. Seeing his eyes still gives me chills.

E.T. Child's Play, Killer Klowns from Outer Space, Ghoulies, IT
Not sure why my parents let me watch them. I was probably in elementary school at the time. Still have a thing about dolls and clowns. |

Some cheap ass low budget film from the late seventies, early eighties. People were in some cabin in the woods. Lots of low POV shots hauling as in the woods. I think on I remember branches reaching for people, lots of screaming. I was terrified for weeks. Can't remember the name.

Pet Sematary
Watching their 3 year old get flattened by a semi got to me since I had a brother around that age. Didn't care about the evil cat. The person coming back as something else creeped me out a little. |
