If you're not familiar with the 3 Year Letterman account, he's a troll. He LARPs as a high school football coach in Georgia who evaluates world events and politicians on how well their team has done in the SEC.

He gets under peoples' skin by misspelling their names and titles in hilarious ways and making ridiculously stupid assertions like steroids come from the earth and weed comes from a lab, hoping someone will take him seriously so they will start arguing with him. And for some reason, people don't see it and get triggered by him severely.

As someone earlier mentioned, it's basically a Ken M troll with a smallminded redneck jock persona, so there are a lot of running jokes and clever ways he can work that into his tweets that's funny to people who know his schtick.
