So what IS the difference between race and ethnicity? "Hispanic" used to be one of the check boxes right alongside black, white, and asian. I was confused when that changed on the standardized test forms in... middle school I think that was. And also, why are the only two ethnicities apparently hispanic and non-hispanic?
