Funny thing, there is a diffuser stone on a clearance table at the store. The box has been opened, but the stone looks ok. Problem is that they have it at full retail price of $35.99. It is a couple of bucks cheaper on Amazon so I am going to watch the situation and see if they actually mark the stone down in the coming days.

The weber grate fits perfect where the stone would. you can probably find it locally for less than amazon, Lowe's had them for $13...the grate also give the option of moving the coals closer to the meat if you want/need a faster/hotter grill.

The pizza pan acts as a diffuser and dripping pan. I smoked a 22lb brisket in mine using it. The pizza pan did a great job of both diffusing heat, holding moisture(water and apple juice) and catching drippings. I lined it with HD aluminum foil for easy clean up.

Not any cheaper than just buying the stone. I think its a better way to go as the pan/grate give more options than the stone...

I was trying to buy some of those $2.50 for 5 cheap worklight things. None on the shelf, they scanned the barcode, went in the back and came out with 14 of them, and 7 of these.
2-IN-1 WORK LIGHT AND PENLIGHT COMBO
4 lights instead of 5. The penlights are equally bright and have a magnet in one end to stick to things.

There's 7 of these packages per bigger package so if your store has a multiple of 7 they're probably in the back somewhere.

My store has 43 of them, I went and looked at it today. Probably why they are not selling is because they have them on an end cap with a $25 price marker at the top, but if you scan one it lists the price as $15. I think if I wait they will drop in price some more then I'll get a set.
