Do some insurance policies exclude certain types of off-road use?

That’s fantastic! Much like Communists, the only good Jeep is a dead Jeep.

They were idiots for trying it and parking there. The downhill run was not caused by ice. His tires are rolling all the way down. If ice was the culprit, his brakes would have been locking/unlocking (unless ABS was disabled) and the slide down would have looked very different. He COULD have stopped if he had turned into the embankment on the right. He might have rolled it but that would have been better than the end result of speeding out of control down the hill. It actually does look like the driver was still on the throttle after it turned all the way around based on how much snow was kicked up as he starts back down the hill. |

That hill must be a *lot* steeper than the camera makes it look.
Other than that, they were just parked in the wrong place at the wrong time. |

Can't hit the brakes with a pile of plastic ducks rolling around the floorboards.

First comment on the vid "That's the most mustang like thing a jeep has ever accomplished"....

Looks like kids that loosely have a grasp on driving, trying to do off road things.
Outcome predictable. |

I think we can take it, gentlemen, that we're going to have a very long walk home.

Jeep, Bronco, whatever… this is one aspect of car culture I’ll never understand. If there is even the most remote risk of some shit like that happening… no thanks.

Turn the volume up you can here the guy in the Fila shirt say something like "the future of Jeeping is EVs" or the "future Jeeps are EVs" something like that and the guy driving spun around and tried to run the guy over. A fitting end to a fan of an EV.

Generally speaking, when you’re out of control you need to NOT bury the go pedal.

He did everyone a favor. They probably would have broken down any minute.

I’ve seen a lot of nonsense in years of off-roading.
Most accidents and fuckups due to inexperience and thinking 4x and lift equals magic powers. |
