Anyone still sell plane jane A2 raw unmarked 80 lowers with selector stops?

Not the newest version with more support around the receiver extension, the regular old one that used to be standard.

I just had an A1 type lower engraved. I got it from NODAK SPUD. Now that they are part of PSA I don't know if you can get them any more.

I’ve never seen the small arms on any paperwork either but it’s the only logo I have ever been able to find.

It would be cool on a lower. Too bad A1 80% lowers aren’t easily found reasonable.

Little bit of refinement needed on the middle finger and hand.

You have to finish the lower in cock sauce red color.

That is the image I copied it from. Spent about an hour tracing it.
The intention was deeper on the finger, mouth and text box outline. My hatching got screwed up.
Fixed now, running a sample.

It wouldn’t pay for me to have something like that. I’d make so many lowers and half would be just goofy.

@doc_Zox for a simpler image, just separate the parts of the image onto different layers, each with their own settings for different depths.

There's also an stl to grayscale converter but you have to have a 3d stl file to convert it to variable depth.

ETA different settings for each color in aluminum:

Mostly, I just don't stare into the laser beam.

Vent it out the window, enclosed it to prevent errant laser beams.

Just saw this thread. For pony lowers, the closest font is Helvetica Condensed Bold - yields pretty good results:

Some roll marks that people have asked me to remake seem to change font from line to line within the same roll mark. Makes it interesting.

Then you get requests like this...

Yeah, did that one for a friend when I first got the laser set up and dialed in.  Drawn 100% in Lightburn.  It's the only gun related thing I've got as my business is not gun related at all.

While Lightburn is way ahead of EZCad2 IMO, being an AutoCAD guy for 30 years, I get pissed at Lightburn's limited interface.  Don't get me wrong, it's not horrible for what it is, but it could be way better.
