 Right before touchdown. 
Aviation autistics conline to call the landing procedure at this airport the Kai Tak heart attack because it was complicated by the congested Skyline around the airport. Man, that would have been awesome to fly in the Concorde.
When I was a kid flying into Kai Tak there was a monsoon in the area and we couldn’t land for several hours. We eventually ended up going to Kimpo and waiting until the next day. |
