Wat. You stepped in shit inside a Home Depot? Seems very 3rd world country and a good fucking reason to move. I've seen things and that would bother me.

Thanksgiving prep to begin shortly. We get all the longer cooking vegetables done early so they just need to be reheated.

I liked grilled meat so much that I suffer while cooking it in the cold. I don't think I'm the only one here either.

The Kwaiken is a great knife. Adding micarta scales is a game changer though.

I just keep it 2 steps away from the sliding door. No need to stand there in the cold while you cook, just keep an eye on it through the glass for smoke (grease fire) and pop out every couple of minutes to check on it.

They are definitely my two favorites out of the ones I've tried. I've pretty much decided that for the Emersons, I'm keeping those two for sure, and the Patriot (I have a plan for it) and Seax (which I still need to finish the scales for LOL), and I'm not sure yet about the EX100. I think some new scales would really help with that one.

As a parent, you try to give kids enough lead on the leash so they can go out and do their own thing, become their own person, but still give a tug when you need to make a small correction.

Of course the trick is to not give them so much rope that they hang themselves.

I fear that is what is happening here.

Stop the insanity and reflect on your life.

Butter is all that is good and right in this world.

Black crosscut canvas micarta scales with red G10 liners
Nickel silver corby bolts and lanyard tube
7 1/2 inches overall
3 1/2 inch blade

Bought it over on BF.  It's actually the second knife of this particular maker's I've picked up.  He does really cool stuff.

Its the Old No 7 bottles specifically I think they were having trouble getting, probably in part because that is where most of their volume is. I'm sure they sell more around the holidays, but I have never seen a Jack limit around the holidays.

The "nicer" maker's mark I tried was better than the basic maker's mark, but not enough for me to keep the bottle. Pretty sure I gave it to Clara. Just something about Beam flavor panel doesn't do it for me.

Really hard to get the colors to show well. The bolsters are heat-colored zirconium, which is really cool on the polished part of the "vines", but it just won't show for the camera.

When the FIL bought the hand carved from a single piece of wood bear on a rocking base for his grandkids a couple years ago, I told him he was nuts.

My youngest spent a good chunk of her night riding that bear yesterday.

The cereal in question was very dense. I used heavy whipping cream to wet it. I had already had breakfast. Hence the little cup.

You do you, be confident, and it will never be weird.
